CQ Maintenance Notice

Dear Leaseholders & Residents

As you know for some time we have had the same site team on City Quay who have worked to improve and keep the site well maintained. Unfortunately the remaining members of the current site team have in recent weeks been offered new opportunities and decided to leave their roles at City Quay.

The team have driven improvements across the site and worked with Directors to improve timeliness of response to tickets, anti-social behaviour and a good service to leaseholders. The Directors wish them well and thank them for all their support, work and commitment to the site.

The gardening team and cleaners remain and these services are not affected.

Directors have worked with our managing agent Berkeley Shaw and other suppliers to put arrangements in place to deal with statutory and urgent issues whilst we look at longer term options for delivery of site maintenance.

Please continue to use the ticketing system to log all maintenance issues. Unless a ticket is raised Berkley Shaw will not know there is an issue to be actioned.

Please note whilst we look to finalise longer term arrangements there may well be a delay in response to tickets and urgent issues will be prioritised.

We will update you as we progress towards future maintenance delivery model for the site and will discuss at the AGM.
