Please be advised that arrangements have been made for the cleaning of all of the gutters along side the Casemates, starting 17th July 2019.

We would like to advise residents and their visitors who are parking their vehicles outside the Casemates, in this NON PARKING, area to please park in your allocated or visitors parking bays.

Please be aware that their will be falling debris from the gutters while this work is undertaken. City Quay will not be responsible for any vehicles damaged due to falling debris. Failure to adhere to our notice will hold up all our work and intentions and if necessary we can and will enforce a parking fine.

We will have cones and tape outside the Casemates to block off access.
